Cardinal pairs remind me of my parents, every feather found a gift from, a "visit" from them. I have a beautiful little pottery vase that holds them ...with gratitude.
The song brought me to tears, my children now grown with beloved children of their own, some far away but always close to my heart.
Oh how wonderful to find their feathers… collect them! I’ve never seen a feather! Both red and brown feathers? I always think they’re a sign from my husband. The song makes me cry too…we really did let the twin grandkids sleep in the middle! How fast time goes… now they’re 17. Thanks for reading and commenting Susan…knowing the song and the birds touch others means a lot. Sending you love and vibes of happiness, my friend! ☺️🤗🫶
Your adventures are grand to read dearest Joanie. There is no doing "better" needed. YOU already are by showing up and being present to your dear family. That's where your treasure IS. Oh, I adore cardinals, and we have an abundance of them where I live. Still haven't found a red feather. I believe they have a secret stash of them hiding somewhere. XO Big hugs! ❤️
You’re so kind, Joanie… always cheerleader for me! 🥰 I could be better at posting on some kind of schedule! 😀 seems cardinals are everywhere but seeing one appear at just the right moment means so much. Susan says she collects their feathers…how about that!
Red ones must be very elusive…let me know if you find one! Thank you sweet friend, my Joanie sister! Much love to you…and happy feather hunting! 😅💕🤗
